C. Subtract 571 - 200
Explanation:
563 - 192
We can make 192 to 200 by adding 8
So if I add 8 to 192 I have to add 8 to 563
563 + 8 = 571
192 + 8 = 200
571 - 200 = 563 - 192
371 = 371
Therefore our answer is C.
