Divide the co efficient of y by 2 ⇒ 10÷ 2 = 5

Now, add 7² and 5² to both sides of equation. {addition property of equality}

(x²- 2*7x + 7²) + (y² - 10y + 5²) = 250 + 7² + 5²

(x - 7)² + (y - 5)² = 250 +49 + 25

(x -7)² + (y - 5)² = 324

(x -7)² + (y - 5)² = 18²

Radius = 18
