Adding mixed number fractions is easy.
For example for the first one 1 1/2 the number 1 in large letter represents 2/2 so 2/2+1/2= 3/2
3/2 is equivalent to 1 1/2 but just with the whole number on the bottom added to the top.
However if 2 or more is the larges number times the number on the bottom by the large number and add it to the number already there.
