5m² - 6m + 1

Explanation:

substituting value,

f(m-1) = 5(m-1)² + 4(m-1) - 5

so,

5(m-1)² + 4(m-1) - 5

= 5(m²-2m+1) + 4m -1 - 5

= 5m² - 10m + 5 + 4m - 4

= 5m² - 6m + 1
