In order to reassess these skills, we can simply practice them and the skills will be retrieved and put back into our normal short term everyday memory. This process is called "relearning".

Kenethia is doing this when she practices with her needles until she gets good at knitting again. It is much easier to relearn something that to learn it from scratch.
