We know that in a rectangle

☆ Perimeter=2(Length+Breadth)

$\\ \sf\longmapsto 2(x+2x)=432$

$\\ \sf\longmapsto 2x+4x=432$

$\\ \sf\longmapsto 6x=432$

$\\ \sf\longmapsto x=(432)/(6)$

$\\ \sf\longmapsto x=72$

$\\ \sf\longmapsto 2x=2(72)=144$

☆Area=Length×Breadth

$\\ \sf\longmapsto Area=144* 72$

$\\ \sf\longmapsto Area=10368cm^2$
