What is a TDA Prompt? I was out of town, and my teachers never give me examples for makeup homework. So, can someone tell me what a TDA prompt is in a nutshell.

A TDA prompt stands for, if I think it what it is, Text Dependent Analysis Prompt. Basically, it is based on a passage that you have read. Then you use the information from the passage to develop a complete, correct response to a TDA. The TDA is designed to be an example pathway for teaching comprehension and analysis of the reading element.

Hope it helped!
