Formula for area of parallelogram = base × height

Base = 2h

Height = h

∴ Area = 2h × h = 50

Solution:

2h × h = 50

2h² = 50


(2h^(2) )/(2) = (50)/(2)

h² = 25


\sqrt{h^(2) } = √(25)

h = 5

∴ height = 5 and base = 2(5) = 10
