How does use of force help a dictator get what he wants

Answer: Force helps dictators get what they want because people don't like to suffer. Dictators exploit that weakness of not wanting to suffer by extorting people to get what they want, i.e., votes in an election, or top secret information, etc.

dictators, such as Saudi king and Qatar prince want to destroy Libya. They hire some international terrorists and rent the US army from Obama to provide them air support. While the US air force bombs Libyan army and police, terrorists are raping, abducting and killing wives and children of Libyan politicians, police and army officers until organized resistance is broken. The same tactics was used in Syria. hope
