Well before anyone can help, is there something the narrative is required to entail? Usually narrative essays are personal, and you use first person POV to explain your own experiences. So maybe look back at the prompt you were given, and try to relate it to your own life. It can be a funny story, a story where you were embarrassed, a story where you learned from your mistakes etc. just make it about you!!
