As the coach of the U.S. Olympic cycling team, I can state

without question that the Swedish and French teams were
using illegal steroids. How else could they have beaten us
so badly in the last competition? The U.S. team trained
much harder and was much more skilled than our
opponents. We only lost because a few teams cheated.
Which statement best describes the bias illustrated in the passage?
A. The author is biased against teams that use illegal steroids
because she considers them unfair.
B. The author is biased in favor of the U.S. team because she does
not cite any sources.
C. The author is biased in favor of Olympic cycling because she
coaches a cycling team.
O D. The author is biased against certain Olympic teams because she
coaches the U.S. team.
