Since all of a squares sides are the same length, we can use 3.2 cm in the following equations:
P= 2L + 2W and A= L x W
P= 2(3.2) + 2(3.2) which is the same as P= 4(3.2)
P= 12.8 cm
A= 3.2 x 3.2
A= 10.24 cm^2
