I need help please

Damian invested $12,000 in an account paying an interest rate of 5 1/4% compounded daily. Lillian invested $12,000 in an account paying an interest rate of 5 3/8% compounded annually. After 12 years, how much more money would Damian have in his account than Lillian, to the nearest dollar?

The one that are 1/4 and 3/8 see them as fraction just so y’all know

Answer:

I believe the answer is 275,862,600, but I haven't done this in forever so I'd wait for someone to double check it.
