Answer:


centre = ( (1 - 7)/(2) , \: (2 + 2)/(2) ) \\ = ( - 3, \: 2)


length = \sqrt{ {( - 7 - 1)}^(2) + {(2 - 2)}^(2) } \\ = \sqrt{ { - 8}^(2) } \\ = 8 \: units

radius = 8÷2

= 4 units
