The Zhou Dynasty's religion is the Shang Dynasty's religion. However, the Zhou Dynasty's religion was much more abstract and transcendental. They were more focused on spirits, heavenly things, terrestrial sources, and human resources. Both the Zhou Dynasty and the Shang Dynasty were polytheistic, for they believed in multiple gods.
