Answer: 1. sqrt(19); 2. sqrt (96); 3. sqrt (105); 4. sqrt (28)

Step-by-step explanation: All you have to do is use Pythagoras' Theorem.

So, e.g. in question 1, the equation would be x^2 + 9^2 = 10^2.

x^2 = 100 - 81

x^2 = 19

Therefore, x = sqrt (19) or (19)^1/2

BTW, sqrt means square root.

And now you apply it for everything else.
