Explain how to find the percent for a fraction that does not have a denominator which is a factor of 100

Answer:

the way you find the percentage of a fraction normally is dividing the numerator by the denominator. so fill in 100 as the denominator.

ex: x/100 = 0.x

or, just put a 0.(number) because that also works
