Strongest acid would be Fluoroantimonic acid, with a theoretical Hammett acidity function (similar to pH) of -31.8 (extremely concentrated solution) and strongest base would be Sodium Hydroxide with a concentrated solution having pH of 14. Fluoroantimonic acid can be as low as -25 on the pH scale.
