Step-by-step explanation:

In series the same current goes thru both resistors, equiv resistance is 200 ohms, then using ohms law

I = 25/200

I= .125 amps or 125 ma

R= r1 * r2 / r1 +r2

R= 100 * 100 / 100 + 100

R= 10000 / 200

R= 50 ohms
