Answer: 4%

======================================================

Work Shown:

A = old value = 75

B = new value = 78

C = percent change

C = [ (B-A)/A ] * 100%

C = [ (78-75)/75 ] * 100%

C = (3/75) * 100%

C = 0.04 * 100%

C = 4%

The positive C value means we have a percent increase.

The price has increased by 4%
