In the process of charging through conduction method a neutrally charge body when brought in close proximity to the charged body then transmission of the charge occurs. The charged object when comes in contact with the uncharged object then some electrons travel from charged to uncharged objects to charge both objects. When the charged body is negatively charged then the neutral body will acquire a positive charge. But the net charge on the body will be zero.
