  • Tissue samples are stored at normal body temperature.
  • The average temperature of our body is 98.4°F or 37°C.
  • Just imagine that how do you feel when the temperature of your body increases to 50°C.
  • Obviously you feel ill and it will harm you
  • Tissues are our body parts so same thing happen to them .
  • It can change experiment results
