Explain how Apple is manipulating its users.

Personally, I see that they tend to make a monopoly of the other businesses. They are in the middle of a lawsuit with T-Mobile for stealing their plans. They also seem to raise their prices, and I honestly feel like they rip the customers off. Their service is not good.
