The “y-intercept” is basically the y value of the point where the line crosses the y-axis.

y-intercept of line a: -1
y-intercept of line b: 3

The intersection is the point where the two lines cross: (2,5)

Answer:

1. -1

2. 3

3. (2, 5)

Explanation:

y axis is |

x axis is _

A intersects the y axis at -1

B intersects the y axis at 3

A and B intersect at (2, 5) because the x value is 2 because it goes right twice and the y value is 5 because it goes up 5 and theres the point of intersection
