(1/2) √80

Figure out the biggest number that can be squared by 80 in this case it's 16

(1/2) √(16 x 5)

since the square root of 16 is 4 put the 4 on the outside and leave 5 in since it can't be squared.

(1/2) 4√5

multiply (1/2) by 4 which equals 2

2√5
