Greek (also known as Hellenic) culture blended with Egyptian, Persian, and Indian influ- ences. This blending became known as Hellenistic culture.

It was unique because it was a blend of different groups of cultures. Alexander conquered these cultures and this was important because of all the cultures blended in with this culture.
