Answer: Incomplete dominance

Explanation:

Red four o clocks are h/o/m/o/z/y/g/o/u/s RR.

White four o clocks are h/o/m/o/z/y/g/o/u/s WW.

R is not dominant to W and W is not dominant to R. This means that there is an incomplete dominance (or semi-dominance), where the phenotypes will mix and the Dominant alleles doesn't mask the affect of the Recessive alleles.

Pink four o clocks are h/e/t/e/r/o/z/y/g/o/u/s RW.
