Answer:

y+4= 1/4 * (x+6)

* = Multiply symbol...

Explanation:

Point Slope formula is y-y1=m(x-x1)

All you have to do is plug those y's and x's in and you get most of your answer. The part with the actual math is that to find the m which is the slope, you have to do y2-y1/x2-x1. So 2/8 which simplified to 1/4. And BAM point Slope formula.
