One way to move carbon from fossil fuels is by making coal cleaner is carbon capture and storage, or CCS.In CCS, which can be used at both coal and natural gas plants, CO2 gas is captured before it can escape to the atmosphere. The gas is then turned into a fluid and injected deep underground
