Answer: 3x + 6 = 3x + 6

3x - 3x = 6 - 6

0 = 0

infinitely many solutions.

Step-by-step explanation: Little tip....if ur equation ends up like this : 0 = 0, or 2 = 2...or anything equal, it will have infinite solutions. If ur equation ends up like this : 2 = 4, or 5 = 7...or anything unequal, then it will have no solutions. If ur equation ends up like this : y = 2, or x = 10....then there will be one solution.
