Petroleum (also crude oil) is a fossil fuel. It is extracted by giant drilling machines with an oil rig. A steel pipe is placed in the hole to the newly drilled bore, holes are then made in the base to well enable oil to pass into the bore. Petroleum greatly bendiest humans and is used for electricity generation, heating, road oil, feedstocks, chemicals, plastics, synthetic medals and more. Without it we would have even half of what we have today with the new and advancing technologies.
