Good morning, is there any guinea pig expert or anybody with a small creature know what's going on cause inside my guinea pig eye (not outer) have this white spot in the pupil, it expands and shrinks.. please help

I would like to ask you to go to the vet, or attempt to, as this might be a worm in the eye. The same thing happened to my dog.
