This is because a stable ecosystem is the one that occur at equilibrium and have the ability to resist any form of resilience or disturbance and still grow fast. A stable ecosystem have high biodiversity because that are comprises of different plants and animals that are able to live and survive. Species diversity are more at the equator than at than at the poles.
