Slope of line that is perpendicular to the line y = 2x - 6,

m=-(1)/(2)

Line passes through (1,5).

Equation of line will be,

y-5=m(x-1)\\y-5=-1/2{x-1}\\2y-10=-x+1\\2y=11-x
