In a class of 42 students, a medium slice of pizza with 8 slices is being shared if one slice is for one person what is the fraction of the class the pizza serves​

I’m not a professional but Im guessing I’m correct But a medium pizza has 8 slices if you times that by 5 it equals 40, meaning 2 students didn’t get pizza so you add 2 (5 2/8) making it 42 Students. Answer It’s a mix fraction 5 2/8?. Correct me if I’m wrong
