Answer:

As far as the iceberg is concerned - conduction is taking place because the outer layers melt and disappear in the ocean. Heat is being transferred into the iceberg.

For the ocean waters one would also have convection because as the iceberg melts the ice water that is formed would become more dense than the surrounding water and would sink into the warmer water.
