Feudalism creates a sort of separation between those who have money and those who don't so I would not pick that answer. All citizens functioning under 1 set of rules, and the ability to have other religions does bring people together and can be seen in places like the US and the UK. The standardizing weights and measures is also key when it comes to trade and commerce and has happened in the US and also I know standardization was key for trade in Japan. Hope my explanation sorta clears why I think all but feudalism work.
