Answer: (9/15)(8/14)=

Explanation: 9 out of the 15 total balls are blue and when you remove one blue ball, 8 out of fourteen balls are blue. These fractions are the chances of drawing each ball separately, so you multiply the chances together to get the chance of both happening.
