Margaret is going to Yosemite National Park with her family. She wants to do some hiking, but she is going with some relatives who are not very athletic. She has found a service that will drop them all off at the top of one of the hills so that they just have to walk down, which she figures will be much easier than walking up. What is the BEST advice for Margaret? O A. It will actually be easier to walk uphill. OB. Downhill is easier, but everyone will have sore quadriceps. Oc. Muscles adapt easily to eccentric exercise, so it will be fine. D. Because it will be repetitive motion, it will not strain muscles. Reset Next
