For the graphing one I think (-3,1) since the shape is a parallelogram the new point needs to make 2 lines that are parallel to the ones already graphed. Check my work though :)
And for the other questions I believe it’s as simple as multiplying both of the numbers by each other then by 2/3. I might be wrong on that though I haven’t done that stuff in a long while
