The heart is a four chambered organ whose walls are made up of entirely muscles. How would a problem associated with the walls of the heart affect the systematic circulation?

If the myocardial tissue of the heart (muscles of heart) is not functioning properly, there will be disruption of normal systemic circulation. If blood can not be pumped correctly there will be a decrease in systemic circulation.
