How can droughts be triggered by physical (natural) condition?​

Answer:

A lack of water in rivers, lakes, reservoirs and water stored underground naturally can lead to drought. So then areas that rely on rainfall and surface water are most likely to experience drought. Water on the surface will quickly evaporate in warm, dry conditions leading to an increased risk of drought.
