explain your position on the government imposing moral values on people through legislation.  When is it appropriate if ever?  And how would you try to preserve an individuals constitutional rights?

While Judges cannot make choices if they have past experiences with the defendant/ prosecutor, Judges can make decisions if something they did was morally wrong. The government cannot force moral values onto a human being, but there are some circumstances Such as forcing people to wear masks. Forcing someone to do something nice is violating civil rights.
