Blood is composed of Formed Elements(45%) and Plasma(55%).

90-92% of plasma is Water and 6-8% Major proteins which is Fibrinogen, Globulin, Albumin

in some amounts there is minerals also present like

Na⁺, Cl⁻, Ca²⁺, HCO₃⁻, Mg²⁺, Amino Acids, Lipids, Glucose, etc.
