Firstly, change the m to cm.. then the surface area of a circle is A= π r² then substitute it into the formula.. that all.. 22/7 * (280)^2 =246400cm^2

Answer:

the surface area is 5.6 and the volume is 36

just so you know I never did this so it may not be right lol
