How did the Great Depression affect the Japanese?

Answer: From 1890 to 1930 was a period of expansion as the party for restoring the emperor died down, the government began competing for power. The great depression slowed their economy down because Japan manufactured products such as silk, coal, and gold and is distributed internationally.
