Height =4cm

Parallel sides = xcm and 7cm

Area of trapezium = ½( sum of parallel sides) x height

22cm² = ½(xcm+7cm)×4cm

22cm²= ½ ( x+7)cm x 4cm

opening the bracket

22cm²= 4x+28/ 2

cross multiply

44cm²=4x+28

4x=44-28

4x=16

x=4cm
