The heart works as two pumps. The right pump moves blood from the heart to the lungs to pick up oxygen and release carbon dioxide, then back to the heart. The left pump moves blood around the body.

Answer: Hello, There! your Answer is Below

B. Two pumps

Step-by-step explanation:

Your heart is divided into two separate pumping systems, the right side and the left side. The right side of your heart receives oxygen-poor blood from your veins and pumps it to your lungs, where it picks up oxygen and gets rid of carbon dioxide.

Hope this helps you!!

Have a great day!!!
