n[A]=7 black skirts+9 blue skirts

n[B]=11black pants +13blue pants

now for probability of randomly selecting a blue piece of clothing or a pair of pants.

P(A and B) = P(A)+P(B)-P(A and B)=18/26 +14/26 - 10/26=22/26=11/13.
