I can't stop this cycle of me and my x we date and then a couple of months later we break up and another couple of months go by and i text him and we become friends and then it starts over again. I don't know what to do cause i still like him but he brings my feelings down (he's not a bad person at all but it just becomes very overwhelming). At the same time i want us to be friends. i d k what to do :'(
